Misting the tank for about 1-2 mins twice a day should be sufficient. Make sure you have a large bowl of water, which will also raise the humidity and try maybe purchasing a rock waterfall. that really helps in humidity. Other wise try live plants and continue to mist.

1st of all the humidity should be around 45%-65% to prevent fungis and stuff like that.the best way, also the safest way, is to use live plants. plants can keep the humidity up, give good hiding places for them, and make your tank look decorative. =D

try putting a half sheet of glass or plexi-glass under the mesh top

or, use plastic wrap on half of the lid. this works very well for retaining moisture in the tank..

Consider this! Green Anoles are NOT tropical or sub-tropical reptiles. The bulk of their range is in temperate climates in the US where the humidity rarely gets above 50%. I have found over the years that a humidity range of 40-50% works quite well. Anything higher and you have problems with molds and fungi. Much lower than 40% and you can experience shedding problems. I also have a computer cooling fan exhausting the air from the enclosure to create some air circulation. It is relatively easy to maintain the proper humidity level with live plants and daily misting.i
