Feeding a baby We just caught a baby anole. We set up a habitat for him and purchased some pinheads. We put 2 pinheads in his cage and he will not touch them, so we tried mashed up bannanas, again he didn’t touch them. We just purchased some baby food (chicken) and he licked it, but nothing else. Is there any cause for concern at this point, or should we try something else? Thanks in advance for any help!

Feeding a baby
If you can get a couple fruits and leave them outside, you may be lucky to gather some fruitflies. When you can see fruitflies on the decaying fruit, use a thin interwoven net like a common green fishnet for house aquariums. ( You know what I mean? ) and catch the fruit flies.
Empty them into your tank with your new Anole, and you should be alright! =)

Feeding a baby its just a baby anole that you caught. you should let it go, breed some anoles and get captive bred babies

Feeding a baby
Like coolguy said anoles are only like $10 where i live so go to a local pet store and buy one. you are better to have the anole bought from a store and not have a desise than take chances with a wild one. so you should let it go. it may be hard but its the right thing to do. the anole has better chances in the wild than in captivity. it may get stressed and than bad things may happen to it...

Feeding a baby im not saying that i am completely against keeping an adult one that you caught(i would be a hypocrite considering that the best pair of anoles that i have ever had was wild caught, had them for several years)....im saying that you shouldnt take a baby that has just started his life from the wild. Besides, anoles are about the easiest lizards to breed, just get some babies that way
