 Glass Walls -- Netting Cover?

Alright, so I’m about to get an Anole, but I dont want to rush into it and screw them over with a home that won’t appeal to their natural tastes. Makes sense right?
So! I was wondering if any more experienced Anole Caretakers had some tips on the better habitat for an Anole; this I know already:
- Woodchips are better than paper, they hold moisture.
- They drink droplets off plants.
- 10G to 1 Anole
- 75 - 100 W of bulb power

Anymore tips?

Green Anole, that’s what I’m getting, probably two of them, male and female.

Don’t use woodchips, they can cause problems. Use organic potting soil, and be sure it’s free of perlite and fertilizer.
Also, besides the one regular lightbulb, you do need a UV light.
I suggest you read Atrax’s caresheet for specifics on these and other things. It’s near the top of the posts, it’s called Caresheet (Redux)

Like AnoleFriend said, don’t use bark or pine chips, they can cause respiratory problems. Don’t use sand, it can impact them. When anoles catch their prey, they end up getting a bit of substrate in their mouth, so it has to be edible. Go with either Bed-a-Beast or organic potting soil or top soil (no perlites, no fertilizers, no additives). Atrax’s Caresheet (Link)
