 Green anole brown

Im babysitting a green anole, but he is never turning green. He only turns kindof green sometimes and green when hes sleeping, he has a uvb lamp, a heat lamp, a heat pad for at night, dirt with no pertile, climbing stuff, fake foliage, and i covered teh sides with paper. I also mist his cage twice a day. The guy imbabysitting it for says hes always brown.. but I just want to see if i can get him green somehow.

Ususally "you" can’t get them to turn green, They do it by themselves. Green anoles aren’t always green. a lot of them a brownish color most of the time.
