 A first in....YEARS!!

I actually found a GREEN ANOLE down here in south florida!!!! She(almost positive) was so elegant and so cute!!!

I put my hand down and she jumped onto my arm, up my shoulder, and into the tree. So graceful.


The stocky brown anoles are ugly in comparison.

Just a story I wanted to share.

brown anoles arent ugly. They are fascinating robust lizards.

Are you sure it isn’t Anolis porcatus? They are quite common in South Florida. A. porcatus is a slightly larger relative of A. carolinensis (and similar in form and coloration) and are found throughout the Miami area.
