Temper mental little bugger!! I had a eventful time today. I started to round up my an oles so I could clean their tank out today and I got the first one out pretty easily, then i started with the male. I got him in my finger tips and all of a sud dun he opened his mouth wide open for a few seconds and then warm!! He latched on. It was the weirdest feeling. Poor guy, I felt bad for him being so upset. But I need to get his home cleaned up. Anyways, He held on for a good 10 minutes before he finally let go. I just let my hand sit in the temporary enclosure and let him decide when he wanted to let go. I did nit think it would be wise to try and get him off myself. He was stressed enough already. Anyways just felt like sharing that with all ya.

Temper mental little bugger!! I think your response was perfect. He was just scared and pulling him off would have scared him more. Some people might have freaked and tried to shake him off. That would have been the worst thing to do. I think you did the absolute best thing.
