I’m confused
Okay well my anole has been acting really weird. I’m not sure if it’s a male or female but i have a repti-hammock in the cage and eveytime the other anole goes on or near it he chases her/him bobs his head or tries to bite. What’s going on here?

I’m confused Anoles like most reptiles are territorial. The alpha male will keep most if not all of the other anoles from basking in its favorite spot. Usually the alpha male will only keep other males from entering his territory. I hope for the well-being of all your anoles that you have only 1 male. Females normally get along with other females.

I’m confused You shouldnt keep more than one male anole in a tank. Im sure tahts why he is bobbing his head. It all about the territory and girls in the anole world

I’m confused If you have two males the larger (sounds like you have a smallish enclosure) of the two will surely kill the other eventually, be it by stressing it or killing it in an attack.
