I got two green anoles yesterday. I did my research before getting them so i could create the righ environment. The temp and lighting are correct in the tank but one of them keeps turning brown. I know from what i have read that this is usually due to stress or the wrong environment but i keep checking temp n humidity and they are spot on. One of them is fine (happy and green) all the time but the other keeps turning brown. Its not at any particular time or anything, just randomly. Could it just be that its just a ’sensitive’ anole?

It is probably due to the newness of its new environment. Some anoles can get used to their new home quickly but others could take a few weeks to adjust. Once it gets used to being in its new home itll most likely stop turning brown.
