 Anole help please

About a year ago we took in an anole that was one of many used as 4th grade class project. We recently noticed that two of her feet are swollen (front and back on the same side). The front one is much worse than the back one. They only thing that the swelling seems to be interfering with is her ability to climb on and cling to walls of aquarium. We did take her out and inspect the feet and didn’t notice any scratches, cuts or other injury but she wasn’t exactly cooperative while looking so we may have missed something. Here is a close up picture of her foot.

We are also set to take in two more anoles within the next couple of weeks (before school ends). These anoles will likely come to us in bad condition as they will be rescues from yet another class project (the one above went weeks without food, was living in a 10gal with 7 others, did not have proper light, heat, or humidity, and was misted with city tap water that wasn’t treated). My son has a soft spot for the anoles and doesn’t want them going home with kids who won’t be able to get proper set ups for the anoles.

Will I need to keep these other anoles separate from our current anole? If so for how long? I have included pictures of our current set up, will I need something bigger? I do have a 30 gal I can alter to make it taller and plenty of stuff I can add for climbing on.

Quarantine the new ones for 30 days to avoid bringing in any "problems". See if you can put some Neosporin on the feet. Or, better yet, get some Turtle eyedrops and put a drop or two on each foot. Both are anti-bacterials. I suspect that your Anole may have a bacterial infection.

How often would I need to put Neosporin or the Turtle eye drops on? Would it be a one time thing or daily until the swelling goes away?
