can anoles live happly with some other lizards, frogs or salamanders? like small skinks, alligator lizards, green tree frogs or long-tailed grass lizards?

No. It is not that they wont get along it is just that they have different parasites. One parasite could be harmless or helpful to its host but harmful to the other being housed with it. They could end up killing each other that way and it wouldnt even be intentinal. They could get along fine but could kill each other withtheir different parasites. There is also the fact that they could have different care requirements. But i strongly advise you that you dont house two different species together. If you are going to have two different species you will have to have two separate enclosures so they can live happily and healthy.
