 ANOLE EMERGANCY!!!

I need help with my new anole. He hasn’t been eating and I’m not sure what to do. He is my first anole so i need some advise on this. Please reply. Thanks.

What are you tryin to feed him? and how long ago did you get him? look on the back of his tail is his back bones poking out? if there not he can go awhile with out eating , do you make sure the food you drop in his house is moving? because most of the time they won`t eat if it does`ent move. if you did`ent try already i would put a few active meal worms in his house in a dish where he can see them and check latter on and see if he ate the . Hope i helped

probly he doesnt feel comfortable having something watching him eat so i would count the crickets/mealworms leave him alone a while then count them again

If you have a light at the top of your aquarium, which you should, cute off all the lights in your room and leave that one on in the aqua. put in some food, grab a chair and see if he eats. Emilio’s right, they are really not interest in eating when a big monster is fogging-up the glass. So have patience and a watching eye. If you don’t notice him eating after a week you may need to start hand-feeding.
