 On The Ground Too Much?

One of my green anoles spends a lot of time on the ground. I thought green anoles liked to be off the ground. Is it okay for my green anole to be like that?

There are plenty of plants for it to climb on. I don’t think that’s the problem. Could he be sick or something? Answer back asap.

my anole hangs out on the side of the tank alot. he only comes down at night, maybe he is just hungry often and looking for food. if you use a heating lamp it might be too hot and it’s trying to stay cool...reply back on here if its not the case
