Night and Day Temps?? One side of my tank is just under 90, have a heat pad set at 85, and there areas that are around 77 ....Do i need to lower the temps for night? Or can i leave them a constant, and my BP will move to the different areas depending on temps?? Thanks Jake

Night and Day Temps?? i would get rid of all lights and that will help your nightime temps if you have lights. I barely change anything in my room for nightime temps. It will just make your snake more active if you lower it slightly. They thrive in the warm temps but remember...they come out at night because it is cooler and in africa most places are TOO HOT and they seek colder areas over warmer as many people would think.

Night and Day Temps?? I have an infared light, that is what makes the 90’s on one side, and on the other side in a hide a have a heat pad, set at around 85 ...They are both on dials so i can turn them up and down ... but wasn;t sure if I realy needed to change the temps every night ... Thanks for the info, Jake

Night and Day Temps?? keep everything the same. Most likely your temps lower by 5-10 degrees at night.

Night and Day Temps?? my room is a loft and it is next to the attic...and mid day it gets about 90 and 80 at night and mornings...I just put a heating pad on low and put it under the tank wich 2 towels inbetween..I have heat light for him in the winter but for now I think he is fine with the heting pad...plus he is getting a new cage soon that wont be in my room so he will have more heat on him....I used to have ligh and heat pad and turn light off at night...that is what you should do
