I have yet to see another Mite!!!!! 
Well I treated Cupid and his tank for mites yesterday. And his "temporary" (until we are sure the mites are gone) enclosure has newspaper, water dish (white so we can see if the mites are in it) and a hide made from a plastic butter container. Oh and of course the heating accessories. I haven’t seen another mite on him, but that doesn’t mean they are gone. I found out there were burrowing in his heat pits, but hopefully this stuff will or already has killed them. I am going to repeat the procedure on Thursday (just incase) and am going to clean Mosi’s cage out just to be safe. Then once we know they are gone i am putting his usual accessories back in the cage (dont worry they’ve been disenfecteed) and getting a reptile safe bird mite thing. I really hope this works!!! So far he’s looking good!!!
