OMG! OMG! HELP! ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
OMG! ok god news: cupid shed last night and it was absolutely perfect, eyecaps and everything!
BAD NEWS: I was looking at the shed, and there was pinkish/red stuff that looked like blood lining the vent area!!! what the heck is this!? is this normal!!!??? we are gonna make a vet appointment!! but that will be this coming weekend (cus we are never home cept for ealy morn and late night)so could you please help me out! maybe tell me what it is, and what I could do in the mean time to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Omg

Oh, and he was kinda cold when I got him out. But it was because someone turned the heat pad off, but our house stays at 83*F. He is warm now. PLEASE! IM SOOOO WORRIED!!!!!!!!!

cupid is ok. Sometimes this happens. They shed a layer of skin around the lining of the cloaca and this not being rough scales will sometimes involve a small amount of blood...very little and it may even have a little bit on the scales around the edges but nothing that cannot just be wipped away and is done. Dont worry and no need for a vet appointment. Not to worry, especially if it was just on the shed and you saw no blood on him.
