Ball with a cold 
Thank you for your advise. I did take him to a new vet that I recently found (specializes in reptiles). He does have I slite respiratory problem but I cought it soon enough. She cleared his nose a bit and gave him a shot. I have to go back for 3 more shots and a check up. Then he should be fine. I don’t know if anyone remembers, but my snake was chewed up pretty bad by a rat. I had gotten a lot of advise to force feed him. That would have killed him because he still had food in his stomach from before he was bit, I didn’t know this. Just wanted to let anyone know if they ever have this happen (Hopefully it never will!) He didn’t eat for 10 months but he did drink water all the time. What I did was put him in a smaller tank and put a red light (50watt) on him 24/7 for about 2 months. He finally had 3 bowl movements and shed almost normal. I waited about a week, put a small mouse in and prayed! He ate it and has eaten 2 more since. So now he has a bit of a cold but with his shots, he will be fine. Thanks again for the advise and boy are you right about the pet stores. My learned advise, never ever put live food in with your snake and walk away. What could happen is heartbreaking. I never had seen anything like it before and never will again!
