 Piece of shed in nostril

My young ball python shed, and I can see a piece of shed is stuck inside one of her nostrils. Should I do anything or will it come out with the next shed? I would need some very small tweezers if I was to try and pull it out, so I’d rather not if I didn’t have to!

I would just leave it alone, as the potential for injury seems to be greater than any potential hazard from the piece of shed itself. It may very likely come off on its own before the next shed anyways. Just keep an eye on it and double check after the next shed. If it doesn’t come off then, then you may need to take some sort of direct action.

I concur...

Just let it be, the snake may shake it before the next shed.

I have had three stuck nostril sheds and they have cleared up on their own each time. Just be attentive and keep aware of what is happening with it. But it should clear up on its own.

Ok, I’ll leave it alone and see what happens. It’s just inside the nostril so there’s no bit to grasp if I was to try and pull it out myself. I’ll let you know how it goes in the next shed
