To good to be true? 
Well to make this simple i saw an add of a guy that lives near where i live selling a leucy ball. Well of course i cant afford a leucy ball but i still click on the add and read apparently he got that snake from a dead relative ( i don’t get it) he claims he knows nothing about them or to care for them and he does not want it. Since he does not know anything about them he is selling it for 200$............. i answered hes email telling him i was interested and wanted to take a look at the snake for real b4 i talk about buying it. I know allot of scams are on the lose but who know maybe in a 1 in a 100000000 shot some guy really does not know anything about them and is no ignorant to look. O well i just wanted your opinion on this to good to be true?

Hard to have an opinion yet, you are going to have to see it to believe it. Without pics we can’t say its a scam or not really. But here’s hoping that you hit the jackpot. Does he mention in the add that its a leucy? Because if he knows that much, he knows it’s worth a whole lot more.

Usually playing dumb, I know nothing about the animal or the animal value is the first piece of the scam, it help attract people and gain their trust.
Ask for pictures that will clear any doubts, if he cannot provide several full size pictures than you will know. (Have the feeling the picture will either be VERY small, or his camera will be broken)

It may be the deal of the century but quite honestly I highly doubt it. Two seconds with Google would give him the right value and if he knows enough to know the morph’s name, then something tells me this smells. Lead him along though, if for nothing else than to expose a scammer if this is truly the case.

huh wierd he answerd me. She said that if i wanted he could meet me and show me the snake. I asked the reason of the rly low price she said that she is afraid of it and she dosent want it and she moving and stuff and since she got it for free anything would be good. Who knows maybe i did hit the jack pot.

Did you ask for some pics?
You might either go there for a Leucistic Texas Rat Snake (some people don’t differentiate one breed of snake from another)
You might go there for a normal BP named Lucy
Or you might go there and get robbed some have been assaulted for less than $200
Make sure YOU decide on a location and make sure this is a location that is not isolated and bring someone with you!

Thanks GA but i got all that coverd. Oh and i dont plan on bringing any money when i go SEE the snake. I plan on meeting her half way where i live and she lives. No money no nothing ill just go make sure its s leucy BP and my dad is coming with me.
