 Ewwww!!! no way!!!!!!!!
phoenix has an eye cap- they told me i can get it off with either scotch tape or tweezers- id prefer not to do either- id start shaking real bad if i had to do it.. id get nervous and probally rip its eye ball out...ne sugestions? thanks, lex

You may want to put Phoenix in a pillow case full of shredded damp newspaper and leave him in it overnight. Tie off the end and place it in the cage (warm end). As he crawls around inside, the eye cap will likely loosen and come off on it’s own. I would certainly try that before attempeting removal myself. Best of luck!

Misting, soaking or putting it a pillow case like Jason suggested is much preferable to trying to remove it yourself. If all else fails, take it to a vet. I have had an eyecap stay on my big ball python before and it came off with the next shed. Good luck.
