ok I finally get to go to a reptile show. knocks on all kinds of wood. lol WE leaving lowere delaware about 930 am and heading up , a friend driving since his car the only onwe that can hold 3 persons.
so it will be him my mother ( who actually looking forward to the show) and myself. My niece wanted to go so bad but her mother decides she can’t at the last mintue and she home crying her eyes out.

I am planing on going after a couple things . 1 is some asf if possible ( a large lot of them) 2 would be either a an ablino ( or a pair of 100% hets) or an antic ( spelling ) or a pair of 100% hets) I not too sure as to he pricing there so it will be a new thing for me to look and compair. I know online I cna get a pure ablino for about 650 or a set of hets for about 300 , the only antic( spelling ) was like 700 and the hets were about 350 ( i think) that before shipping. I am taking my digital camera, a back pack to carry snake ( containers in ) . outside the asf and the snakes I doubt I see much else I am after lol I am limited ot the amount of fund s I have at this time so this will more less be a kind of get an ideal of what Ishould take ( money wise ) if I get ot go again. I also consider not purchasing any snake if they seem too high in price or poor health . I will also require a paper work for any hets I get ..

So if anyone else is going I will be the guy that pushing a wheelchair wearinng a Indian RIver fire company shirt and got a gimp as I walk . ( making sure I take my premit since I know de residient require them.)

I hope to have agood time and come home wit ha bunch of pics and hopefully a snake or 2 lol..

man that was a good show ( yeah small and what not but it was nice for my first show).. I love to see a bigger one day. but that not happen likey. I did pick up an ablino male and a pair of 100 % het axthenic (speling) all for only 625 the gelteman work a deal with me on them..

Wow, that sounds like a great deal! Man, I really REALLY want an albino! They are one of my top fav morphs!
I dont have aclue where you are located at in Delaware, but there is a decent size reptile show in Hamburg Pa- perhaps that isn’t too far from you? The show is pretty decent.

I can’t wait to see photos of the snakes- especially the albino!!

Did you not see any ASF’s there? ( or did you rather spend it on snakes-LOL)

Congrats, I love axanthics, did you recall what line you got? I have a het VPI female, cannot think off the top of my head what the others are.

And a het albino, nice. I see Albino Axanthics in your future?

Glad you got to your first show. Did your mom enjoy it? Seems she is coming a long way. You may have to start guarding your snakes from her.

as for the asf there was none there plenty of rats (and rat pups) but there were no asf :( the guy I purchased my new snakes from said if i had gotten hold of him before hand hecould of brought me a crape load cause he got over 600 of them right now . I think i will make arrangements to meet with him for some next weekend.



actually bruce its a ablino and pair of het axanthics lol..

I think along the lines of later on a triple possible het of pied, ablino and axanthic lol as for the breed I think they are jolliff axanthic (what the card says ) all three snakes were breed (visible morph to a het ) as for pics I will try to get some tomorrow as i need to get proper tubs to place them in . I was hoping to get one ( or a pair - if i got hets ) but I was lucky to get all 3 .


mom seen a couple she liked but never really said anything to me lol. I seen at least 2-3 snakes my niece would of asked to hold and taken off runnnig for the nearest door lol.. I got about 14 pic but some of them are a little blurry and on top of that I could not get many pics the batteries kept dying on me .

My buddy ( who drove ) is the person I am watching his snakes for said to breed the ablino to his female ( to give me 100% hets ) when the male I got is old enough. So i will have some hets to offer as ealry as next year since most of my snakes have gone from the under a 100 gram weight to almost 800 grams in a year. I think I did real good there I went with about 740 bucks and I came home with about 100 bucks which went to dinner and stuff for the trailer. I got to get 3 medium tubs at least 1 small water bowel tomorrow ( got them on paper towels for tonight with their deli cups in the tubes to make them feel a littel more comfortable ) the main draw back will be the next 60 days keeping them in my bedroom ( to quartine them cause my room never gets very warm in the fall) . so I know they will spend most the next 60 nights on top the flexwatt tape trying to stay warm. ( mom not planning on starting the heat until the nights stay in the low 40’s )

I just need to hope my rat can start producing me some pups cause I going to be needing at least 2 pinkie rats,5 small pups 4 hopper pups and at least 1 wean rat pup every week , then also at least 1 -2 large rats every other week for the boa . I am hoping that the grass bills i got out right now come in fast so I can order some frozen rodents to help strech my supplies.

I tell you it was the best 18 bucks I spent to enter a building ( I paid for all 3 of us to get in at 6 a head).
I also am thinknig I needot get a photobucket account ot upload pics to so I can post them on other sites lol.. I will add the pics once i get an account set up ..

Hello. Yeah the show was good. I picked up an amazing female veiled chameleon. Not sure if you are going to the Carlisle, PA show next Saturday (the 11th) but there will be a vendor there with asf. I will be running a table there and it should be a great show.

no Idon’t think i can get ot antoher show befoer next year lol. with grass cutting season comnig to a end I won’t have the extra funds to go to anymore.. I think there needs to be one in delaware cause I know there a few of us reptile lovers here and I hate that 2+ hour drive one way .

well I am actually 31 and on disablity ( have caerbal palsy ) , which makes my legs unreliable in my book. As for pics if the photo server back up they will be below sorry they are blurry I was trying to take the pics as i was putting them in to their tubs. I saw a smear of something on the lens after I got done taking them and was not planning on messing with them again for a better pic .

first will be karin my axanthic het female she didn’t like th ideal at all of being moved from a deli cup to the tub (and then into the long term tub ( she chomped me but no blood so no pic lol)



next is the axanthic male kenta and he was more vocial about it hissing the entire time I was moving him into this tub.



and finally the ablino male keiichi who will be a regular pimp in the future




and also here a set of pictures of the 2 remaining normal ball pythons I hatched out in June

yeah I lookedat al lthe tables and thetable he was aat wasthecheapest plus they were the only table that had both the axanthic and ablino at one table.. I seen many ablinos and a few were even nicer looking but I had to watch the amount I spent. I am surpised still at the deal I got . figure500 for the ablino and Igot the hets for about 75 each .. I also made sure I had my delaware premit so i had no worry about not being able to bring it home lol..
