 Ball python burns?

i have a ball python that has recently had shedding problems and it looked like it missed some shed on its head so i have beeen sptaying it with repti-shed ease and rubbing it with a towel and it makes no difference wich i have done before on it and it works so i think its a burn can anyone tell me what to do in this case and dont say vet because im on the wayy ver very very soon i love my ball python and im ver very scared it will die please help!!!!

What could it have been burned on, Do you have a light inside the enclosure? How your humidity? Can you post a picture? If you think its a burn you should stop rubbing it and putting that on it until you know for sure.

1# Repti Shed is a waste of money, if your BP has shedding issues you need to address your husbandry problem, you need to provide 50%-60% humidity at all time, and get an accurate reading with a digital hygrometer.

2# No one can tell you what the problem is since no one can actually examine your animal in person

Do you have a picture to get an idea of what you are talking about?

Note: What lead you to think that your animal has a burn? Do you have a heat lamp in the enclosure or an uncontrolled heat source?

pictures help a lot when you can’t explain whats wrong with your snake
if there are heat sources like heat rocks, heat lamps, etc. than you need to take those out because those could seriously burn your snake.
