i would like to know cons (excluding size and waste) and pros about RTBs. Also I would like to know a good size range for a tank in gallons for a full grown BP and RTB together.

What do you mean pros and cons?

What do you want a RTB for? display? breeding? pet?

Also never house two species together. And aquariums make bag cages.

i ment about a pet. and the good things about having them as pets and the bad things about having them as pets. and IF i were to put them together what would be a good tank size range in gallons (smallest size to bigest size)

-pros-
Docile
good feeders
easy to maintain
nice looking
males do not get too large (usually around 6-7’ for males and 8’ for females)
Do not require a huge cage
are not extremely girthy (hence harder handleing)

-cons-
Is a snake if it escapes you bring bad publicity to our hobby
packs a bite which can hurt
some will require multiple people for handleing
some will be bad feeders

IF you were to house a red tail boa and a ball python together you should give them away to a reptile rescue.

Also cageing is NOT IN GALLONS cageing in aquariums is bad for most species of pythons and boas. A cage could be 10000 gallons and have only 144 square inches of floor space. You are looking FOR DIMENSIONS (LWH, with L and W being the most important). For a single red tail a 4’ by 2’ cage is good for all but the largest (As adults). For a single ball python a 3’ by 2’ will be more than enough room.

Cage manufacturers make those cages in a variety of heights rangeing from 1’ to 2 or more feet.

How long is the ball python on the sidewalk? I have one that is 54 inches long and 13 inches around. She weighs 8 pounds. Your’s looks like she could be bigger.

well mine is around 58 inches long and just hitting 9 1/2 pounds. Shes 14 inches around. The other ball that is around 4 foot and pretty skinny is the same one but shes beefed up. I got her as a kind of rescue that LLL took in and she is gorgeous but really shy. She was neglected i guess . The baby one on top is possible jungle but i’m not sure.
