Is it a Petco ball python? If so, save your money on the substrate, and book a vet appointment for a general checkup. Also wait until the snake defecates, and bring that in for a fecal test. Petco has horrible reputation with their animals, especially reptiles.

Do you think you could use proper grammar and punctuation?

Get off your high horse, my love.

I wasn’t being mean either. Just making sure you realized the irony that you were telling them how to spellcheck, yet you don’t use proper grammar and stuff. Like you not using capital letters.

Love you morer.

Right now I use repti-bark for my two of my balls and I use aspen for the other two. When I change out the repti-bark, I will use aspen for all of them. But, newspaper works well. When i started with snakes I used newspaper but I think, and this is my opinion only, that the aspen shavings is better.

I named one of mine Honey after her color. She is a beautiful golden color. I named one Wilson after the sporting goods company and I think Rawlings would be a good name for a ball python too.

I named mine Quigley, and Cupid. But hows it’s personality? I named Cupid, Cupid, because he was really sweet, and he had heart shaped markings. And Quigley is the name of someone in "the series of unfortunate events" and he hides in a mountain, and I named quigley that because he hides alot, and I just liked that name.
