 Respiratory Problem?

Voodoo, my female Ball, has the milky eyes for shedding, and I took her out to give her a bath, and she does seem to be wheezing a bit. She does have both an UTH and a heat lamp, so her cage does stay pretty warm...any advice before I make an appointment for the vet?

If you only heard some wheezing, I wouldn’t worry at all. Unless she shows other signs of RI, I wouldn’t jump to any conclusions. Since you mentioned she’s starting to go into shed, I’d think that’s what the wheezing was. Sometimes when they go into shed, the skin around their nostrils becomes loose, and can cause them to make a wheezing or whistling sound when they breathe.
Is your bp showing any other signs of RI? Any mucous, fluids, or bubbles in or around the mouth area? Does she have her head pointed upwards a lot?
Just from what you said, I’d think it was just the skin around the nostrils due to the impending shed. But a vet appointment can’t hurt, I guess. Apart from a bit of stress on the snake.
