How long? 
hello again. how long dose it take for a female ball python to be able to have babys, starting from the day that it was born?

That is a loaded question. We can’t answer it accurately all it is going to do is cause a HUGE debate. There are to many factors that can affect the breeding capabilities and size of any snake such as proper diet, proper husbandry, and a few others. If you want an estimate I would suggest waiting until the snake is at least 2 years of age, My one female at 9 months is just shy of 3 feet so at 2 years of age she should be ready to go. Now I have another female (import) that lord only knows the age of but I would guess it to be MUCH older than mine but it is about the same size. So if she grew at half the rate that would make her two years of age and she would not be ready until three years. I hope this explains why this question can not be accurately answered.Tony
