whenevery i used to take Nyoka, he was cold. well ive been really low on money and just recently made enough money to get the accurite thermometer i found at the lowes store (nowhere on online stores). i set everything up and guess what the temps are??? 80 high and 75 low!!!!!!! tommorow i need to call the store that sold me nyoka and everything with him. im pissed at the guy who owns the store, but he’s a guy who we’ve known for a long while so ill let him slide (THIS TIME!!! LOL). I’m gonna fix this ASAP.

I guess he’s mad that the heatpad that was sold with him didn’t ge the right temps, but I mean, how did he know? I’m not trying to be rude, but you should of atleast felt it and you can pretty much tell with your hand if its too cold.

i didnt know how hot it was supposed to feel + he said that was all that i needed for a heat source and acts kind of like a know it all. he comes off kind of rude sometimes

Be easy on him. How did he know how hot or cold your room is? That may be all he would need if your room was 80-82f. It is your responsibility to get it right after it is under your care. You may want to add a low wattage ceramic heat emmiter to supplement your uth, or replace with a human heat pad set on low.
