im sure at some point i read some of what will be said. but one of my balls has shed all except her nose and eyes sorta like a v shped piece. i cant baith her head. i tried today wraping her in a wet towel. but if this doesnt work should i just let her be? i have misted her head a few times today and right after she went at trying to get it off. but at this point im not sure im helping or exohsting her.

One thing you might try is to dampen a pillow case and put her in that(tied) in her cage for a few hours.

considering its her eyes i might try that tomaro. i want her to get some rest. she has tried relentlessly all day with no sleep. the pillo case might even give her some were to calm down.

You can soak her in a luke warm tub half way up her back. If you use a tub with a lid the humdity is very high in there even if she does not put her head under water. You may have to do it more than one time.
