Dorky (but cute!) burrowing snake

I was just on the computer and heard some rustling around from Anouks’s cage. He decided to burrow behind the back of his warm hide. I took a picture of him. His head is turned up a bit and he has a pile of substrate on the top of his head! I tried to get a better picture, but it fell off. Anyway, it turned out cute as can be. Here’s the pic and a closeup crop.

Cute pics! It reminded me of the story about the BP that always somehow ended up with poo on the top of his head after he went number 2.
