the results are in when i got my scale boop was 110 g
eli was 178g


today
boop 180 g
eli *233 g*

thay seem to grow sorta spontanious. one month real fast one real slow. but boop now has the weight she was missing when i got her. which is a good sighn that she is being taken care of well now.

give me a few days and ill post some pictures. but thay both are doing really well.rick amazing little guy i cant say more. talk about a seriouse pleasure. he likes people so much it is almost nuts thank you rick.

I know what you mean. I absolutely love my snake. Sometimes I take him up to the Veteran’s Hospital when I have an appointment or meeting. Everyone just loves him and always comments on how they are surprised that a snake could be so social and responsive. He’s just moved off his heating pad and curled up around my left foot as I type this!

Can’t wait to see the pics in a few days.

Its amazing how they grow. Did you switch them to rats yet? Once you do that they REALLY take a growth spurt.

lol ya eli came from rick. i bought my female from rarepythons.com wich has vanished completely.

as for rats thats an issue im gonna have to deal with soon. localy all i can find is large rats. right now ther eating large mice. and both are about 4 inches around. so verry soon im going to have to find a solution .

Anouk weighs 977 gms (the 1042 weight was wrong as he was full of poo). He’s 3’7" and as big around as my thumb touching the tip of my middle finger and I have small hands (I really should measure him). He decided he would no longer eat small rats, so he went back to large mice. I just feed him more often. You could also give them two at a time. I would prefer he ate small rats as I worry about a nutrition difference, but he seems very healthy and other people’s snakes are picky too and seem to do fine.

There are places on the internet where you can buy frozen rodents, start a new thread and ask people where they buy theirs because I know I have seen a post somewhere where people were talking about it.

I think they will be fine with large mice for a while and you have plenty of time to figure out how to get the rats.
