Poop and Bathing Well. it poops only when it eats which should BE once a week. it only poops once. and you really shouldnt bath it unless it needs to be bathed(shedding problems). the poop doesnt smell. just clean it when ever you c it. good luck. ~DJM4Life~

Poop and Bathing Ball Python poop looks kinda like a tootsie roll and a small snake will have poop about the size of the small bite size tootsie rolls and a big snake like the bigger rolls. They don’t really smell and are fairly dry. Mine usually poop about four days after eating but they can sometimes wait several weeks before going.

Poop and Bathing Its length between defecations will vary. Some will occur within 5 days others maybe 3 weeks. dont get stressed out until it has been a month then you might need to start checking on some things...I soak my snakes once every week or two. I dont give them a bath i have a rubbermaid shoebox with some ventilation holes. I put several layers of paper towels down then pour water in until there are "puddles".

Poop and Bathing If your ball python is soaking on its free will and it is not in shed i would take it to the vet. Ball pythons who soak usually have mites.soaking...just click here
