 What are your thoughts!

So for the 100th time I’m taking that 2 hr drive to the Northern Berks Reptile Expo in Hamburg, PA. I know I’m in a BP forum but seriously what should I get? I have a Juvenile Butter BP and an adult Blood Python. I’ve had other BPs in previous years too. I’m thinking a Hypo RTB? Another Blood? Another BP? And what morph?

Just kidding. What you decide to get is entirely up to you and what you think you have the knowledge, money, supplies and space to keep properly.

Love lizards but probably wouldn’t ever get 1. If I did it would be a chameleon, a Tegu, or some sort of Monitor. I could go either way on a RTB, BP, or Blood. I have the money, supplies, space, and knowledge of all 3! Decisions decisions...

hey, if you dont know what to buy yourself, you can buy me a clown bp.... ;)

LOL.

its gonna come down to what you want in the end, BUT here are some things to consider:

what is your intentions with the snake? If pet only, then see what ever catches your eye and go from there. you may see a blood that stands out and you want, or a bp, or a rtb, or even something else.

If for breeding plans:
well, which species do you feel more comfortable breeding ( if you havent already)

well, I dont know what your level is with bloods, but mine is very limited- i know what one looks like, and that is about it...LOL.

RTB’s are nice, i am not too keen on th emorphs, but if you like the hypos, would be a good pickup.

for bp wise, I am a fan of pastel butters ( well, pastel anythings...LOL) you can always get an oposite gender pastel. Or an oposite gender butter and go for bels ( or use a lesser to get bels, or a mojo to get bels, the white snake may not be as white, but it would be a combo bel) Or if you want to go for anything else, like a butter spider and ect. For me tho, it would be the pastel or another snake to make the bel combo. :)
