Sweater Box? 
Ive notice some sites say that a sweater box is ok to house a ball in. Is this true? I really want a ball, but my parents don’t want me to get one for some reason. Or what is the cheapest site to order a cage from. Any kind of adequate cage. And the best substrate? Safest as far as impaction.

I dont know if you know what I mean by sweater box. I didn’t until I read a care sheet mentioning it. But is a rubbermaid container ok?

While I have never used the Rubbermaid container as a snake home, Pelota does and highly recommends them as do other snake owners. Just be sure that you get one that is large enough and a 30 gallon one would be good for a ball python. The only reason I don’t use them is that they are not completely see through and I like watching my snakes.
