 Quick feeding question

It looks like the frozen rats I have for my Ball Python have little brown looking dots on them. I assume they are some kind of mites or parasites. Is it still safe to feed them to my snake?

i wouldnt but its up to you , what if they have eggs the mites might be dead but about eggs , or some kind of desease, its something to think about ,,,,WHAT IF ?
