Propane leaks will have nothing to do with the color of your snake -- could kill it though. But, the metallic look may just be the way your snake’s color reflects the light, or maybe it’s heading towards a shed. If the eyes are clouded or have been recently, the snake may be just about ready to shed and the Metallic sheen might disappear after. Post pics and let us have a boo.
