So I’ve always heard that basilisks are just NOT touchy feely reptiles and don’t ever become very tame. I have one that was found but seems very docile. I have NO idea if she is an escaped pet or born wild. It could be just fear but she it eating and pooping and acting normal otherwise. She has a HUGE out door cage but I bring her in any time the temp goes below 75. I’m in Florida so that’s frequent so she’s getting handled several times a week. Will she ever be "tame" or will she just learn to tolerate the handling?
