One thing with basilisk is, the males have bigger crests. HOWEVER though, if it was in a small cage than it could and probably is way underdeveloped Make sure the tail is healed through as well. |

what a stunner youve managed to get yourself there- its funny really as i myself have a rescued basilisk with a missing tail who i obtained through a friend. =) A word of warning tho- that tail looks infected. please make sure that the infection isnt tracking up the tail, as it was in mine. Only yesterday i had to take her to the vets to have it amputated and get her antibiotics. I now have to inject the poor girl every 3 days. But if i hadnt she would have soon died. oh, it looks defenatly like a female =) look after her well she is gorgeous! beth |
