 Thinking about getting a basilisk

i wanted to get a basilisk and had some questions about their cage size.

would an exo-terra 34*18*24 terrarium be big enough

no thats not big enough they are alot of work and dont really like to be handeled alot and they hate people. They need a custom cage usually and need uvb and uva and what not they are considered expert level if you do the research and can handle it and have had experience, go for it. good luck

Everything Rexxaroo said is correct, but I wanted to mention that the cage you showed there would probably do for a very young one. That would give you time to house one while you built a larger custom enclosure.
