 Update on cosmo

Hi all just wanted to check in and let everyone know that the meds seem to be working and cosmo ate 3 crix that she csught herself. a few bites of greens on her own. she is back in her own tank and I caught her bobbing about an hour after I put her back in. she is doing sooooo much better than last night. I am so relieved. I will continue to update everyone as much as I can.
Everyone must have been doing some praying along with me, for that and everything else you all do Thank you.

Have you tried dusting with Bee pollen... I will get the name of the stuff from GNC. It will help out with the flora(sp) in the stomach and increase appetite. Best thing is they can OD on it.. BrB getting the name..

Its acidophilus and bee pollen that should replace the gut flora and he should be eating a lot more. Its sold at GNC...

Hi Edel...it’s Amy - I am at Deb’s. We just gave Cos a bath. She is pretty much back to being her normal self again. She isn’t eating as well as we want her too yet, though. She just got her new home so she is a lil stressed from the move, but other than that she is doing well. Deb is calmed down now - she thought she was losing her dragon the other night before we took her to the vet. We will keep posting...the meds that the vet prescribed did the trick. Before we even left the vets office, her beard was away and wasn’t too black anymore. They gave her a dose there. She liked her bath - she sure drinks alot! OK...Im done with this chapter...LOL.

I forgot to add that we measured her tonite...3 months ago she was around 10 inches, and she is a whopping 16 inches now...and bodywise, she has tripled in size. She isn’t really eating too many crix right now, but she can’t seem to eat up her greens fast enough! LOL.

Hey Amy,

I’m so glad she’s doing better. Well, she is at that age where they slow down on the protein, so that’s totally normal. She’s doing great!!! Congrats.
