 Norbert Vet visit help

Ok I have a vet appointment for Norbert tomorrow morning, yes I know you have all told me he is just being a dragon, but I want to be sure that he is truely ok, since he does not eat, had not pooped in 3 weeks and still has that red patch on his belly, and he has been sleeping a lot, unless he is outside his tank, then he runs all over..............soooooooooooo I am gonna take him in just to make myself feel better........
How do I need your help, well since this is the first time I have ever taken a rep to a vet, I want to be sure I have all the info I need and questions to ask........so I have made a list, on the list is the following.
His date of birth
His highest weight and the date of that.
His lowest weight since then.
When he was treated for the pins and with what and the dosage, also the acidopholis and Royal Jelly and pedialyte.
His last poop
Date we know for sure that he ate last, but also info that I know he has eaten just a bit of silks, crixs etc.
The date the red mark on his belly appeared and that it has not changed.
His basking temp and cool side temp.
A picture of his condo, to show the set up.
So have I forgotten anything, oh and gonna take the parazap I bought with me to show him and ask hi about that, have not given any of it to either of them yet, did not want to take any chances that anything in it might interfere with any bloodwork he might want to run.
Oh yeah and I know in my head the greens, fruits and the squash I offer him, so can tell him that as well..........
If I have forgotten anything let me know asap, as we have to be there at 9am................so let me know please, I don’t want to forget anything.

When i took mine in they said yep they got worms here are some meds.

I do have a book on both of them, rofl............it is really just weights and lengths and treatments but I do keep track of lots of things about them, now I don’t have the dates they poop, but know when about it was, rofl..............can’t take a poop cause he has not pooped and I do that test myself to save money............that much I can do. You mean not everyone keeps records of their dragons, rofl..........now as they get older I am sure I won’t, but for now I do...................
And it is only 1 page back and front on each........so there, rofl...............
Craig, I want to have the answers, which is why the list.
Yes Edel I do have those dates, rofl.
And no Lisa I will not take a picture of my book, rofl.......I do have a binder with all the info on dragons I have collected since I got interested in them, foods, temps, actually it is Edels care sheet all printed out for quick reference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok Ok I am strange, we all know that, roflmaoooooooooooooooooooooo
But I am set, right?

Am not just ask Dee, cause she has a sheet on hers as well.........rofl.
And yes Edel you would say that, rofl........but out of this you might get a new chapter for that care sheet, When not to freak out, rofl........examples, Trish, rofl...........
