OT: MY NEW PUPPY!!!!
She was WAY more shy than I wanted to deal with....but I’m SO glad that I got her anyway. She has gained confidence in leaps and bounds just today alone. Shamrock was raised in a barn with horses and cows by her momma, a Bassett Hound, and closely monitored by her Papa, an Australian Shepherd. After two baths(one for fleas, just to make sure), she STILL smells like a mix of horse and cow... :) She met my big boys, Murphy and Darwin and shook like a leaf, but if I got them to lie down, she was curious to come and see them. She loves her crate cause it gives her somewhere safe to go away from the boys. She doesn’t seem to mind spending time on her own, and that’s a first for me! I’m used to humane society pups with ridiculous separation anxiety. Hope you like her everyone! D |

We did change her name the day after...she is now Clover, which is WAY better than Shamrock...eww. She’s settling in VERY well after a week at our house. She still has a couple of accidents every day, but she is starting to go to the door to ask which is promising. She is crating well, though her wake up time is 5am...and we HAVE to do something about that.... 
She is learning her name, learning to sit, playing well with the other dogs, and LOVES kids and really anyone else she has met.... |
