 Just hatched a two headed dragon

I WAS CLICKING A SEARCH FOR TWO HEADED DRAGONS AND ENDED UP AT YOUR FORUM ABOUT AN EBAY SELL - SO I DECIDED TO TELL YOU WHAT WE FOUND WHEN WE RETURNED FROM THE TUCSON SHOW - WHEN WE LEFT WE HAD ONE EGG LEFT OUT OF A 27 EGG CLUTCH THAT WAS 7 DAYS BEHIND - WE FIGURED IT WAS JUST A GONER - WELL WHEN WE GOT HOME TODAY AT NOON I CHECKED THE INCU AND SAW IT WAS TRYING TO HATCH AND HAD TWO HEADS STICKING OUT AND ONE LEG THAT WAS ALL TANGLED IN THE SHELL - SO THINKING WE HAD ANOTHER SET OF TWINS (3RD) IN 10 YRS OUT OF ABOUT 7000 DRAGONS I SLOWLY STARTED CUTTING BACK THE REST OF THE SHELL SINCE THEY WHERE LOOKING REALLY TRAPPED AND STRESSED - AFTER ABOUT 15 MINS OF TRIMMING - WE FOUND WE HAD A SIAMESE TWIN NOT A TRUE TWO HEADED DRAGON BUT CLOSE - THEY HAVE SAME BODY - SINGLE TAIL - WITH THEIR FRONT INSIDE FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT LEG FUSED DOWN TO THE FOOT BETWEEN THE TWO HEADS - OR FEET SINCE THAT PART IS NOT CONNECTED - AND DID IT COME OUT WITH ATTITUDES...LOL (BOTH MOUTHS OPEN AND READY FOR BATTLE ..HEHE - WE ARE TRYING A MIX OF JARRED BABY FOOD AND EGG YOLK (CHICKEN) TO START THEM OFF AND BOTH HEADS HAVE GIVEN A FEW GOOD LICKS AND TASTE NIBBLES - THE HEADS FAR OUT WEIGH THE BODY SO WE FEEL IT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO EAT ON ITS OWN IF EVER OR AT LEAST FOR SEVERAL WEEKS TILL ITS FRONT LEG STRENGH CATCHES UP - IF WE CAN KEEP IT EATING - AT THIS TIME OURS IS NOT FOR SALE IF EVER -
- I WILL BE ABLE TO SEND VIDEO AND PICTURES SOON - MY CAMERAS ON THE BLINK ( WAAAA) JUST EMAIL ME @ IF YA WANT TO SEE ONE ALIVE

good luck with them

there is a slurry around here somewhere for sick dragons
maybe nancy knows it?

have you tried giving them crickets by hand?

THEIR ONLY 6 HRS OLD AND TO TRY AND GIVE THEM ANYTHING MAY ONLY ADD TO STRESS - SO WE ARE TREATING THEM LIKE WE DO ANY SICK BEARDS - ONLY THING WE ADDED WAS THE YOLKS AND LETTING THEM LICK IT ON THIER OWN

BUT TY ANYWAYS

WE ARE ALSO DRIPPING SMALL AMOUNTS OF WATER ON ITS NOSE - SO FAR SO GOOD

It looks like you have siamese twins rather than a 2 headed dragon. They look good...nice and alert. I hope it stays that way.

yes - it is a siamese ...lol common leg is fused down to feet - we think each lung works to each side also - so it has five legs 6 feets two heads one tail and a set of push me pull me lungs...lol

They are precious! They look healthy and happy and I think Gemini is the rockinest name!!! Teeny tiny kisses to them. They have separate brains, so they are definately THEM.. lol
