movement slowed, eating slowed!!

I duno about anyone else, but it does my head in! I really should learn to expect it. Thing is, when I see he’s not eaten in a few days, I tend to offer him food by hand to make sure its not something serious and I think thats just plain spoiling him and I think now he just sits there waiting for me to hand it to him >.< but u get worried and can’t help it! Lmao vicious circle!

How much does it get to everyone else when beardie slow down this time of year?

Is he big enough for a pinky or hopper? Has he quit eating everything? Crickets, Fruits and veggies? Does he have heat at night?

no heat at night because lowest it drops is 65f... I’ve always assumed thats ok. But if its not I’ll have too see what I can rig up.

He doesn’t stop eating everything, dives into his veggies willingly at least twice a week, crix once a week. He doesn’t look at all like he’s loosing weight just yet, I am keeping my eye on that so I’m not worried. Its just frustrating after a constant appetite through the summer, its what you get used to. He doesn’t eat for two days and I dive in there waving a cricket in front of his face lmao

It’s OK he is not suppose to have heat at night they need to cool down unless it goes below 60 degrees.

Yep. I had it with my water dragon and my previous two beardies.

I find it annoying cos even though I’ve been keeping reps for 5yrs now, I’m still not used the slow down period lol
