I just heard from Trish on the phone, she also posted in FB but, her mpuse died & coldt get to RZ so, Im gonna paste what she said....


Patricia McClancy: Ok well we are going to surgery on Wed afternoon, sigh, my surgeon says I am better but not better enough, soooooooo, off we go! I will have either the easy one, lapcrosopic, surgeon does not think so, most likely I will end up with a bag for 3-4 months, then another surgery to put things back together again, I am not looking forward to this at all. Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts! Love you alll.

Dee, Please let me know if there is anything I can do for her. I could send her some bugs for her dragons or something. Please give her my best and tell her to get well fast! I will be thinking of her and praying that she has a speedy recovery!

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! They are much appreciated and welcomed. I won’t be on here long, just came on long enough to get rid of all the junk mail and check for important stuff........
Thanks Dee for posting for me, I appreciate it...........I have been so sick since Sept that I have not hardly been on the computer at all.
I also hope that I get really really good drugs!!!!!!!!!!! This is not going to be fun :-(

She’s home now. She posted an update on her facebook page. Here’s the one from yesterday:
Patricia McClancy: I am home!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am weak and can hardly type, think too many needles in veins, hands do not work right, but I am home, yeah!!!!!!!!!! Not going to be here long, but love you all and you made me smile with all the messages of love and thoughts. Thanks guys, :+).

Here’s the latest:
Patricia McClancy Good morning everyone, tis I, up and downstairs, but not for long, rofl...slept well last night in my own bed, not much pain, hands are stronger so can type but body is still so weak, did not expect to be so weak and can’t be up long, so good to be homeeeeeeeeeeee.

So glad you’re home and feeling a bit better, Trish. I hope it stays that way.

Charlie and everyone, sorry I have not posted much, it has been hard to sit up for long, I do get on face book at least once per day to let others know how I am doing.........this has been the hardest week for me, not pain wise but weak wise, think maybe last week being home was a kinda adreneline thing, was so good to be home, now the lack of sleep from 14 days in the hospital is catching up with me, I seem to need more sleep, but I can tell my body is healing. I do not see my surgeon again until a week from this Monday, so she will then tell me what I am allowed to do, right now I am allowed to wash dishes, feed my animals, walk around as much as my body allows and that is about it........I think I am so weak from lack of doing things, but I am on the mend for sure, starting to get cabin fever, I can go out, but dang I am so tired all the time, 2 hours up and I am ready to go back to bed........starting tomorrow I am gonna try to stay up and see if I can start to get my strenght back some. I still have to take my pain meds every 6 hours but am only taking 1/2 doses and that seems to be working out fine for me and that is good as I HATE them!
Charlie thank you for the offer of help, I appreciate it very very much but there is nothing anyone can do, unless they want to give me like $5000, just kidding folks, I am working every angle I can think of to help us financially, so send the money fairies to me and I will be fine, rofl...........
May I also say I have the most wonderful, amazing, supportive, loving husband any women could ever ask for! I will not go into details of the things he has done for me, too much info I am sure no one want to know, rofl..........I am just so blessed to have so many friends and him, this has been a real eye openener for me as to who my true friends are and let me just say this, they sure are not the folks I work with, nor my boss of 22 years!
I love you all and will try to be better at giving you updates, unless you get tired of hearing about them, rofl..............boy I can tell you this much, those Dr’s sure did play football inside of my abdomen, rofl........
