Bailey just has a 40 breeder, but it seems the perfect size for her since she’s so petite.

Sure, Courtney, give me a couple hundred bucks, I’ll build you one!!! It was much more expensive than I realized for the materials! He has a live ficus tree, a couple of dracaena, and all the pothos is fake. He does try to eat the fake pothos. I’m growing him a real one I can put in there after the vines get long enough. The pine branch came from the back yard, his shelves are stone from the yard, and he has the giant hidey log that he never ever uses. He brumates underneath the ficus tree. And yes, he has evil particulate substrate, it’s aspen bedding, which I’m getting rid of now that I have 4 lb of wheat bran ready to go. He never eats off the substrate, and the few times he’s gotten pieces of it in his mouth, he’s spit them out. There’s also some volcanic rock in the area he likes to brumate- he seems to like that for some reason. He likes solid things under his feet- he doesn’t like the aspen bedding, he always walks on the rocks and stuff. He will probably hate the wheat bran, but I’ll give it a try anyway.

Oh, yeah, Kevin- he looks hilarious in that picture- he’s such a spaz- sometimes he basks like that- he also basks standing up on his back legs with his hands on the top shelf. I love him, he’s so cute. BTW, my Hubby is at home today and he called and said Grendel was EATING!!!! That means a bath and a poop tonight!!! Funny, it’s such a big deal when Grendel eats- Bailey is a normal little girl and eats and poops EVERY day.
