 Nail clipping

I have noticed that a few of my dragons nails are getting longer than others. These are the ones that dont dig and climb as much to dull them. I would like to clip them and asking if anyone can recommend a good nail clipper for reptiles and let me know how i know how short they should be.

 Nail clipping

I generally just use baby nail clippers. Be carefull though, there is a vein in the nail that goes about half way up or so and you don’t want to hit it (if you do, put some cornstarch on it to stop the bleeding). Another option if they are just sharp is to use an emmery board and take the sharp off.
