Baby’s hatching HELP!!

| I have found a second baby in the incubator with his head popping out. He does not seem to be moving at all. How can I tell the difference between a dead hatcher and a sleeping hatcher. Also we have two tupperwares with lids on the first one we took the lid off about 2 days ago because the eggs looked dead and 1 has hatched out and then the partially hatched egg is also in that container. THe secong container has much healthier looking eggs and one just broke through moments ago. Should we keep the lid on the container or keep it off. Any advice would be appreciated. |

| keep the lid on, and they always look dead half way through hatching- it’s probably just taking a break since it takes a lot of energy. I would think they would probably fully come out of the shell and then pass on awhile later if they weren’t healthy enough. I would just watch and see. keep us posted =o) |
