 Trinity’s eggs are sweating

Yesterday one of the two eggs started sweating and this morning the other started sweating. We hope that they will hatch successfully and are patiently waiting the arrival of the two. Here is a picture of the eggs. One of the eggs shell is not all white due to the lack of calcium that the pet store fed her, but we did our best when we brought her home with us. We hope that the lack of white won’t cause any problems with the baby. We already know that we most likely will have to treat them for parasites because Trinity had them when she laid the eggs. Well anyways here’s what they looked like as of yesterday.

 Trinity’s eggs are sweating

Today is day 65, and the eggs do not look like they are sweating anymore. Last weekend they were sweating like crazy and now they are dry. Humidity has been consistant. Can anybody tell me what they think is going on?

The two babies hatched over the weekend. One hatched saturday morning and the other monday morning. The baby that hatched monday is still not eating. Can anyone tell us if this is normal? We are feeding them pinhead crickets. Here are some pictures of the guys!

So far 1 started eating crix right away. The other runs from the crix and looks really skinny bcause it has not eaten yet and runs from everything, all it seems to want to do is get out of the cage. Oh yeah there are 2 hatchlings. Veggies have not been introduced yet but i will try it. However if it does not move, the one who is eating does not go for it. How long does it usually take before a hatchling recognizes it as food?

The first thing that I offer my babbies is parsley, it seems to lead them to eat other greens and crickets.I hold a stalk of parsley and make small snips with scissors. They see it fall and it gets thier attention. They love it....Kirt
