We have 25 eggs! She is doing well though she looks exhausted. I have put the eggs in an incubator with vermiculite (about 2 inches deep) and have covered them about halfway. I am trying to keep the vermiculite moist. This is the first time for me so, hopefully we will have some babies... I’m having a hard time keeping the temp where it needs to be. I didn’t find the eggs till this morning, not sure what time she laid them last night. Lets keep our fingers crossed and say a little prayer... I will keep you posted.

Eggs...Eggs....;Eggs - WOW
Congrats!! Please do tell the mama that we are all very proud of her and hope she is feeling fine after all her hard work.
If you are still tweaking your temps in the incubator it’s best to err on the side of slightly low temps rather than high. Temperature spikes can cause birth defects so aim for around 83 so that you’ll have a buffer zone in case the temps go up a few degrees.
