next weekend i am driving from rockford,IL to st joseph missouri. a friend of mine down there is taking some of the babies to try and sell down there for me. its about a 9 hr drive. so i was wondering what is the best way to transport them in their tank or some other way and since it will be really warn outside do i need to worry about heating for them or not??? any advice to make this as stress free as possible for them would be appreciated. he wanted me to ship them down there. but i was to nervous about that. so feel better driving them down myself. i’m just having no luck selling any of the babies up here i’ve put ads in the paper and posted some signs finally called a pet store in a diff town then me and sold them 3 and gave them a caresheet for the babies. told them what i feed them and date of birth and so forth which the lady asked alot of questions which i’m glad off and she told me what she feeds the beardies she has had in the past which is what i have been feeding them so thats good to know.. didn’t like selling to a pet store but i’m running out of tanks and room. already had to freeze a batch of eggs the other day that aphrodite laid she laid 28 eggs..which is eating me up inside that i just killed 28 eggs but my husband didn’t give me a choice. so my friend in missouri is trying to help me out so i dont’ have to freeze anymore eggs..i do know one thing aphrodite is not going anywhere near zeus supervised or unsupervised..but like i said any help woudl be appreciated on hwo to get the babies down there as stress free as i can.. thanks

Transporting babies
I moved twice this year so far...I just put mine in sweater boxes with holes, and put down some paper towels so they are not sliding all over the place. Both my moves were 12-14 hour drives. I don’t feed my babies the day before, but I do give them a 20 minute soak. Good luck....and don’t stress too much about transporting them.
