 When to breed.
I have had many bearded dragons, but never tried breeding. What is the best age/size to being to allow breeding?

females should be at least 18 months and a good weight (350 grams and up) before they are allowed to breed. i can wait till i can breed my dragons, but Makaio will be 18 months in january, and i am very excited.

You can breed if there 1 year old !!! The reason some people wait longer is, it’s healther for the dragons! You will get more clutches and will produce more eggs if you wait. They can also live longer if you wait. Stress can determine a beardies life span. Hope this helpsMichael J
